Welcome to GPA Calculator (“the Site”). By using the Site you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What the Site provides

GPA Calculator is a free, online grade-point-average tool for college and high school students. It supports multiple grading scales (4.0, 4.3, 4.5, 5.0), percentage entry, transcript paste import, semester and cumulative GPA, and a reverse target-GPA planner. No registration is required and every calculation runs in your browser.

2. Acceptable use

When using the Site you agree to:

• Use it only for lawful personal or educational purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Site’s operation
• Not use automated tools to scrape or mass-download Site content
• Not republish content commercially without written permission

3. Disclaimer on calculated results

GPA results are for reference only and are not official. Different institutions may use different GPA formulas; always confirm with your registrar or academic office before relying on a result for applications, scholarships, or official transcripts.

Grade-scale tables are compiled from publicly available sources and may contain errors or outdated information. Verify against your institution’s latest published scale.

4. Intellectual property

All content—text, charts, interface design, code and calculation logic—is the copyright of the Site owner. You may share links freely but may not embed the Site in a third-party page via iframe or similar technique without written consent.

5. Third-party services

The Site uses:

• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, security and anonymous traffic analytics

Each service operates under its own privacy policy and terms.

6. Advertising

The Site runs Google AdSense to remain free. Ads are matched by Google automatically; we do not endorse or control ad content. The publisher ID (pub-1513383223456354) is publicly listed in ads.txt. Cookie details are in the Privacy Policy.

7. Service changes

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect loss arising from use or inability to use the Site
• Discrepancies between calculated and official GPA figures
• Third-party advertising or linked content
• Service interruptions caused by events beyond our control

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, either party may bring proceedings in a competent court.

10. Updates to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the “Effective” date above. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
